The owner Gyula "Julius" Herda, of Oshawa Stereo here in Canada died as a result of a car accident last year.

His extensive, largely NIB, inventory was being sold . I think through a family friend.

They are selling on 4 ebay accounts !

Yes I saw this too Robb...as a matter of fact I spoke with them last year about picking up a NIB JVC PC5 they were listing. The problem was they were smart to the demand BBX's were drawing and marked the price up significantly. They had done their homework :'-(

I just didn't have the $$ at the time...but it was only 15 mins from my house :'-( :'-( :'-(

I still would have loved to walk through that storage area.....

The sellers are definitely looking to squeeze maximum cash out of collectors. They're selling stuff like stereo knobs and screws for $40 to $50.

I had been watching sahand0 for more than a year now. I was looking for Pioneer SX-D7000 receivers with him. But the asking price is 1400$++. :sadno: :sadno: :sadno: :sadno:

I gave up watching his listings because they were just to high priced, they are definitely trying to squeeze every penny out of the inventory.

He's not too bad, but you have to negotiate with him. Some of his prices are out there!

If your local to him, send him a message via ebay and make him an offer.
He was very negotiable, once he knew there was cash on the table, and very polite. :-)

I did manage to snag a JVC PC-11C from him for $120, which he had listed for $200 with a box, but no handle. It just needed a belt, but the box was in very nice condition. :-D
