A little OFF topic here but with NFL Season upon us.

If anyone is interested, I have a pair of tickets available to the RAIDERS vs CHARGERS game in Oakland, September 14, 2009 at 7:15p.m. This is the Season Opener so it promises to be an exciting game! Don't know if boomboxes are allowed, though. Asking for the normal admission ticket price only.

Lower tickets, closer to the field than 70% of the seating and situated at the corner of the stadium (zero yard line?) NOT a nosebleed section. Section 148, row 32. PM if interested.

Sounds like a great deal. I hope you're able to sell them. I wouldn't take a boombx into "The Black Hole" though. :-P Those Raider fans are rough

I will be at this game. I just hope the Raiders are a lot better this year, they really need to put ego's aside and work as a team!!!! :-/

I use to have tix's in the blackhole, it's not really that bad....it's actually really fun!!! Now someone with a big mouth talking a lot of crap, let alone wearing a opponent jersey....that's another story, lol! :ls-duel:

Nah, the tickets will sell. And if not, I'll go to the game and enjoy it. With the economy as it is, I just feel like it's not a good way for me to spend my money right now. I'd rather have another boombox on my shelf than the memory of that game. That's just me.

Based on the pre-season (which you can never really tell, but give recent history) the Raiders aren't raiding anybody. Johnny Depp and the rest of the Pirates of The Carribean have a better shot than the pile they have in Oakland, including the recent acquisition of Richard Seymour from the Patriots. (There's a reason they traded him, besides a first round draft pick next year...)

Tennessee & the Steelers opening night this Thursday in Nashville!!
I'm looking forward to seeing how my Vikings are going to do this year.
I still hope Farve will stay healthy and not "Hog" the ball.Still weary about this-just doesn't seem right!
We have a super defense so I'm hoping-that's all.GB. :-)

Super defense?!?!?  The NFC North?!?!? We'll see against Arizona, Pittsburgh, & Green Bay. Otherwise Baltimores defense (which is their offense) will crush the Vikes. Minnesota really isn't facing any high octane offenses besides those three I noted. :-D

Hi Freddie-The Vikes have a pretty easy first half of the year.
I think if Farve stays healthy-we will compete with anybody!
Our defense is solid and we have the best running back in the league.
It really will depend on how our offense is going to pan out.
It's going to be an interesting year-GB. :-)

One more thing-we beat Arizona last year!!
I don't think Green Bay will be a problem-as far as the Steelers and Baltimore and especially the New York Giants-these are the teams to look out for!!
Good luck with your team as well-I 'm guessing the Titans and man-they look good to!
GB. :-)

Hey Freddie-The Dallas Cowboys are great to-If Tony Romo stays healthy they have a good chance but is was kind of sad to see them fizzle out a towards the end of the year last year.

Sad is right. But getting rid of Pacman and T.O. should bring some mental stability which is what they need. What they need as well is a coach who'll kick all that talent in the ass. And Wade Philips ain't it!!

Not in Philly...You're thinking Michael Vick.

T.O. = Buffalo.

San Fransico dumped him on Philly, Philly kicked him out and dumped him on Dallas. Seems to have worked as the Eagles have given us fits. :-/

Sorry Freddie-My bad-Yes he went to Buffalo and yes I was thinking about Michael Vick in Philly-I think he's going to have to sit out the first 5 games from what I heard.Still suspended!
Good Luck with Dallas-GB.
