That looks a lot like the Audio Technica Sound Burger, but it doesn't have the tape transport, just the record player and optional tuner.
Decent Burgers run to over £200 on the rare occasions they do appear on eBay, which is how mine stays in its box with no battery fitted:

The cartridge was a real, moving magnet AT one as found for aftermarket fit in full sized turntables, the motor regulated by a pair of Darlos that allowed it to maintain the correct speeds even when the battery was becoming drained, in fact the only thing it lacks is bass, but with the playing surface unsupported that's to be expected, it still sounds good for all that.
