New Main Menu Item - Library

A quick link to the Boomboxery Library has been added to the main menu at the top of every page. This should help folks who cannot seem to find the link otherwise.

As we obtain new material, are members able to upload manuals on our own through media-fire or do we need to send to an Admin for upload?
