Thanks for the link, TMR. I hadn't see that one yet. :-)

My guess is that the 3-band "spectrum analyzer" will be just a graphic - not the real thing. :thumbsdown:

Nothing beats the original TRC-931 not even Lasonics bigger boxes!

It looks to me like they disguised some stuff in photoshop. I bet there will be chrome and white woofs.

EDIT:

Although... It may be a rendering as well... I think it looks kinda cool. It would be great if it actually glowed.

Why do they keep sticking with the round edge cabinet :annoyed:
if they went back to the square edge corners,i would probebly buy one.

Hope it gets a real Eq as well. Hope that's not a tease. I agree with bobby with the spectrum just being a sticker. Would rock if it was real! Don't own one yet but will get it if does get the Eq upgrade. Guess the iPod would go behind it? I guess we'll have to wait and see.

I don't even think this is a debate, I think all this is, is a sticker face lift and a color change.

BUT....the newest version of the I931 has a blu tooth receiver built in, so if you use an android cell phone you can wirelessly control the stereo like I do in all my blu tooth mod threads and to me, that's a worth while update.

I would like to see an eq, but I just don't see that happening.
