The deciding factor was seeing a increasingly large number of bearded scenester/hipster wearing long hair and a beard like a uniform in the bohemian areas of town. Not to mention with my long hair and beard I am constantly being stopped and asked if I am Marc Donnelly. A local celebrity who sings the national anthem at our hockey games, so those things and just being bored of the long hair beard pushed me towards it. As for saving money on shampoo hmm not really I mean those crazy new blades are so expensive now I will most likely keep it short. Althought if I start seeing the scene kids cutting off thier locks I'm growing it back . I wore skin on my head for years . I thought itd be fun to change things up

I am indeed in Vancouver. Head blade man I wish I had that today. I think tho I may let it grow for a bit.
