Awesome box, I love mine. Heavy beast. The DSL is weird though, it can make the passive radiator "buzz / boom" with certain music, even if the volume is only on 1 or 2. You have to constantly adjust the bass depending on what kind of music is playing. I don't think they optimized the DSL circuitry correctly.

My sense is that they focused the circuitry on too specific of a frequency. So if a song heavily emphasizes that frequency, the result is overkill. Notice the graph below.....I got it from the manual. See how peaky the DSL curve is compared to the usual "Loudness" circuit.

It's either that, or perhaps the DSL switch could use some cleaning.
