Decided it was time to "freshen up" the collection with a few additions. Didn't have the battery for the Canon recharged so pics are courtesy of my phone. And now to present the following:

Thanks and big ups to member "Milosancho" for the following two:

JVC RC-717 - I guess what you would call the "original mini" from JVC. :-D

Yeah I've always passed on the ISP cuz I thought it was rather bland looking, but if it really sounds as good as a Studio 1 then I'll have to reconsider. Wonder who actually made it, because I don't think ISP is a real company. Hitachi maybe?

just love the montgomery wards silver st 858 aka o.s........got to get me one of those, ive admired the silver st858 version for some time.one recently turned up on ebay uk,99 pence start, and myself thinking it would go high, left well alone, only to find it finished at £12.50....gutted is an understatement,as the owner might as well have given it away for that

What is the deal with the press-board on the back of the Toshiba?

The ISP looks like a beast, kind of looks like the Technics SA-C07 with some differences.

Awesome additions brother!!!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Btw, you might wanna seal up the back of your ECO mini BOOMBOX, it's gonna leak! :dunce:   My favourite of all is the Eco definitely!!!

Happy that you've kept the Avatar... hehehehehe... made it with lots of LOVE brother!

Jeremy Clarkson - from BBC TV's Top Gear - probably said:
I felt the beginnings of a crisis when I saw this phenomenal crop of boomboxes.

See that oldskool69, he's the luckiest man alive he is. :-D

Great adds Freddie.
That JVC looks like an old piece of military equipment.
Love the Toshiba and the ISP very sophisticated looking gear
I would love to get a listen of that ISP. Where were those manufactured? I've never seen one of those before.
