Providing the acrylic tuner panel and cassette door are not screen printed on the surface you may be able to fine sand and work up the grades to a Polywatch finish?
I watch Wristwatch Revival on YouTube and he's been able to bring some badly marred watch crystals back up to near perfect. The principal will be the same.
