Hey fellow enthusiasts!
I havnt found anything in a thrift store really worthy of a post in a long time.
It has been about two years.
I have long given up looking for a box when I thrift but I always do a quick glance over at the electronics place when I go. And I still go about twice a week.
Yesterday for 5 dollars I picked up a Panasonic 5180.
This box is full of features and sounds quite good for a box with a tone knob and no tweeters.

Way to go Scott! I have one (sans battery door) that I found in a thrifty too! I almost left it because it didn't have the door, but it felt too solid. And I'm glad I didn't leave it!

Amazingly, it has got proper Line-In and Line-out, and even Speaker outs!
