Just watched a back season of hip hop evolution season 1 episode 2 on 80s hip hop and rap. Many boombox sightings, interesting cultural context and music.
They just put out season 4. To tell the truth, after season 2 the series seemed diluted and farther away from Rap roots. I questioned some of the episode criteria after S2.
