From Japan comes to 100 volts. We have to change and put a new transformer at 220 volts (at us in Russia 220)

Very nice! That demo tape looks like a late 70's-early 80's TDK shell. And that original pinch roller looks top quality compared to the nylon ones. Good luck with those.
