I just noticed Blu_Fuz left a comment before yours. I'll have to send him a PM about a strap.
The thing's I like about this box is, it's size a weight. It's got the looks of a BIG radio, but it's got the weight of a light mid size.
Plus, when you're walking with the strap on your right side, the volume knob is in the perfect position for your hand to reach.
Also those strap mounts are so tough. You have all the confidence in the world it's not going to break and fall. and of course the Blu_Fuz straps are high quality and don't break. I have basically road tested them to the max! If the strap or the rivet or the mounts were going to break, they would have done it by now.
You do have to take this radio apart to put the strap on though.

That is another great point of these radio's. The LED's are bright and you can see them during the day.
Mine is a top 10 user. It get's out of the house and off of the shelf more than allot of my collection.
