My new Denon H5 Ebay grab.

Got this new Denon H5 mini combo system from Ebay.
The cassette is dead and the LED VU meters don't work.
Does anyone who owns this model know does the VU's work with the radio on or the tape only?
Sounds fabulous and LOTS! of power.
It even has a cool cassette holder on top.
A rare bird indeed.

Nice score skip! Its in very nice condition, so CLEEEAN. That cassette storage on the top is Fancy, what a cool little feature. And the speaker wires are FAT, it just looks ready to rock! I like it, CONGRATS!

Scott used monster speaker wires on it. Must be nice!!

No they aren't working,but neither is the cassette.
I haven't figured out why the cassette is completely dead no power at the motor.

Wouldn't doubt he went inside and cut the power to the motor because it started running constantly after the belts broke.
