my new crown

so a few weeks ago a mate from out of town calls me. i have a radio for you and its a crown and its big he couldnt find the modle number on it .so today he hands me pice of portable history its really cool from 1962 .i thought i was getting a boombox from the 80s not the 60s and this thing is mint like show room mint works but needs a new cart for turn table radio works to.

crown and macintosh made the best components -- back in the day - also marantz-
they are $$$ THOUSANDS on ebay now

my guess is not
bc if the original crown amp company did make boomboxes --there would be 5 times better sounding than m90s
and twice as heavy !
