Nice collection! Over time, the gold chrome doesn't hold up too well on those TC-999's. I haven't seen any with shiny gold trim - they've all had oxidation issues... I still gotta have one tho!

Mono, I think mine still looks nice, the trim around the spakers are chrome and the aluminum trim is goldish as well as knobs.. take a looksee

There is one that is still missing and is the Majestic in gold tan color is another gorgeous boombox, But I am happy with what I have, Thank u Ira for these stuning boomboxes, And Johnny your right most of my the boomboxes I love the most need repairs than the ones that don't need repair, I guess I look at it like the ones that needs fixing I give them all the love they need like crancking the music cleaning them, Now one question Is there a product out there or a way to give this gorgeous boomboxes shine without ruining the case?
