So, since it's a new year and my first post of the year I'm sure it's been done a millon times, but not this year :lol: I thought it be cool to have a thread showing pictures of your first boombox :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

This was my 1st First. If I remember, I'll scan the photo of my original under the Christmas tree in 1982. The picture is in FL, so I snagged this one from Google Images.
Not a true blaster without a tuner. But it's C-cell powered and has a handle. As I recall these things are bulletproof - they don't break. They just disappear.

Got mine from my folks for Christmas, 1967. It didn't, like so many people, make it out of the 70's.
