What is the radio on the right in front of the 850?

MacDonald? Panasonic?
My first thought was a GE because of the "green glass" cassette door. I've always thought the greenish tint added a bit of class to a box.

It's the rather beautiful & built like a tank Ferguson 3T18 - Digital tuner display, Dolby NR & bristling with features - One of my favourites & was on my want list for many years

This has been fully serviced & all four speaker grilles resprayed & deep cleaned would be an understatement :-)

Yup some cracking boxes there Nick, Ferguson and both Crowns are awesome, the little JVC RC656 is a great box to, punches well above its weight. I had a minty one i was going to pilfer for aerials but i couldnt bring myself to!

There's also an AKA of this: Salora Sky820 Type 3801 which can be seen an a popular Estonian auction site. The Salora colour scheme is somewhat darker which gives it less appeal than your own fine example.

Do I spy down there on the right hand side a Panasonic rx-5180? If so those are cool feature laden small boxes and on my list.

Do you mean this one??

Triumph SRR-3000 built by Hitachi & made to last.........it still works perfectly needing only a new flat belt :-)

Another one I searched for a very long time - it has astonishing sound quality too

T-Ster the JVC 656 is definitely underrated!! Nice tight bouncy bass & better than I ever remember them being back in 1980 when I first saw one!! Cloned by Ferguson too & sold in their thousands in the UK alone! Prefer the JVC version though!
