No way that is part of a HD frame off of a 62' golf cart??!! :-O

Are you fabricating???!!

Here's a story: Some of our more somewhat get into trouble kind of
kids in the neighborhood decided to 'borrow' some golf carts left near
the repair shop at the Country Club in which the city we lived in.
All I know is that later that afternoon there was 2 old about 1968'-71'
white AMF HD golf carts, gas powered for us neighborhood kids to play
with In the field near where we all lived!!! :-O :hmmm:

The 2 guys that 'borrowed' these said it's for all of us to play with!!
So we would do our partying with some beer in the back and always be
carrying 2 of us and our 'supplies' around and man-these things would blaze
their own trail through small sumacs a d small brush!!!! :surf: |-) :-O :w00t:

I mean we would all trade off at differing times of the days and at
Night and just have fun!!
The fiberglass housing got a little abused a little demo derbying but
not full on stuff, just some cracked corners!! :-O

These damn things would get a little hot at times but they kept on a going!!

Well this went on for about a month then one day they were gone,
someone from the country club either found them or someone found
that they were missing and it was just like nothing happened!! :-O
No one really was to upset as I guess they were glad to get them back
still running!! :-P

Those damn things were industrial, they ba Ba Ha'd like nobody's
business!!! :-D

Of that fun summer of 75'!
Yes Ira get it going and I'll see how it performs in some of that mud
down there, put some big booney back tires on it and we'll go looking for Alligator
Snapping Turtles!!!!!!!!! :choco:  :surf:   :w00t: :-D  :-O :choco:

yup -
first step is to brush on some cool acid :w00t:
called OSPHO --
it truly removes and stops further rust -

then --to find another 62 harley for SOME of the mechanical parts --
actually have a lead on ONE
----------------------------------------------------------
and --you are right about the crap that storms leave on the beach -
during storm sandy --we got a bunch of staicases - a few decks -
but no harleys :-)
----------------------

like these NIB seats ?

I tryed to save it ....when i opened it up all the electronics were so badly corroded from the salt water it was truly a first for me to say beyond repair ...but i did strip it for all the plastic parts except for the casing it was all broken
