fit as perfect diaphrams --
i rent them out on friday nites to the local HOs
als0 - they are quite attractive in there

so --i now have this broken 920T --sitting on my porch -awaiting the ups return pick-up

will you guys still consider me a swell, honest , god-fearing & moral fellow
if i sneak out there -- and rip out them 2 suckers ???????????????????

Moral- Shmoral! They cheated you out of a great bx. To Heck with them.I know of a local member here that needs Two cassette keys for his newly purchased 975 You owe UPS nothing but the radio's case. That's what is broken right? Besides, UPS doesn't care anything about that radio and will throw it away anyway.

Most of those 920 parts are useful, it's a shame to waste them.
Take that 920 out of the box then grab a cheap arse 90's egg, bash it on the ground a few times then wrap it up in the box.

What I don't understand is why you don't just keep the friggin' thing and supply parts to those in need?! Yeah, it might be cracked or busted, but there's no way that everything can be broken. If you let UPS or FedEx take it back, they will indeed trash it - or send it to a recycler. Either way, it will end up as plastic dust. Then... you have to deal with the pissed off members who needed parts.
