At the very least, people need better selling skills. I mean, his pics were tiny. Don't people understand that if they upload 6 or more photos, the economical way to do it is to select Supersize? You get 6 Supersize photos for 75 cents, or 12 for only $1.

If you do NOT select Supersize, you pay the same 75 cents for 6 photos, and a whopping $1.65 for 12 because you don't get the discount. So selecting Supersize actually SAVES you money if you upload 12.

It's been that way for YEARS.

If you selling a supposingly mint box with deep scratches in the scale and ding and dongs, a not original handle you have to at least show these in big pictures. The fact that he said the type of usage was shown in the pics make me IT'S DEFINETELY NOT SHOWN. Everyone can make mistakes and **** happens BUT if you are collecting boxes ( and I think this guy is selling much on ebay) someone should know what is mint or near mint or just "good condition with marks etc."

I would be also pissed of if I would have payed this amount. not the price of the box itself but the high shipping makes the resulting amount.

Yeah it did work out ok... I finally got some money back and kept the box, the seller was quite uncool through the whole episode though... He told me I could talk to his attorney if I was going to try to bullshit him or something like that, if I remember correctly... He never admitted to doing anything wrong, and it is really quite obvious that it was a misleading description! :annoyed: Oh well. You learn something everyday, I have learned that it maybe is better to deal with people that Ive had some contact with, I hope he learned something too but who knows...

The Crown doesnt get all that much play time, Im kind of a sucker for line in/ aux AND this little mess kind of left me not caring too much for this particular box. Will probably end up trading it sooner or later
