I remember when I was maybe about 11, and I had just got the component stereo system that my parents had. This thing kicked some major A$$... it had a record player and my uncle came over one Saturday surprising me with a new needle for it. It was just about Christmas and I had no albums of my own, I was just listening to my parents albums. So I had asked for the new Devo album  Christmas morning I open my gifts and lo and behold I didn't get the whole album but I got the 45 with the song "whip it" So we went to my grandparents on north side of Chicago where my Aunt and Uncle also live... We always had a get together for family Christmas dinner ...I had opened my gifts there and I got the album from Devo... I was thrilled, my very 1st album, which I still have :-D
