Comes back to basic rules for sellers - if you take someone's money YOU OWE THEM THE PRODUCT OR REFUND THE MONEY! If you are using a customer's money for you to survive, you are wrong. This is not money for a "loan" and you will get you your stuff or your money back when I am "on my feet again"......

I still feel the same as I did before. I have been on forums that 'standing' members fall apart at eventually stiff people on something they paid for.

As a business guy here on Boomboxery and at least 2 other forums, I would encourage anyone to call me out on a bad transaction certainly after one year, 6 months, 2 months, shoot even 3 weeks! It would give me (as a seller) a nice slap in the face to kick my ass into gear to make it right and show everyone that I will finish a transaction and make it right.
Sin, you took the mans money. You took 2 peoples money! Send it back! Send them their goods! Your hard times, or being broke, or moving, or whatever is no fault of anyone that paid you. Get on it bro, get on it.

As I read this earlier and got out of the thread I notice at the bottom of the screen Sin was on the forum. Brother do these people right they held their end.

Do whats right bro' I'm pretty sure these guys will be easy on you as long you hold your end.

I remember back on S2G people had mad respect for ya. People valued your input and always backed you in your time of need.

Not disagreeing with that, just saying that since there apparently has been some talk, lets see where it goes...and if redemption is in order. I know there's a lot of folks here who agree he needs to come forward. No doubt. But for now sinc ethe squeaky wheel has some grease lets |-) for a bit.

Although he said he still has my Helix I'm starting to believe he sold it another time.

. so um are we supposed to do ? i been ripped off by people before but no brigade of brotherly saints helped me with it .i took the loss .

I agree FLOYD, we have all been in a situation where we have gotten "taken" by another member or someone on epay. There isn't a whole lot we can do to help Zippy in this, but to post encouragement to SIN to get these transactions finished up and NOW.


I did have one transaction with him and it went ok, but I REFUSE to backup anyone that steals or rips people off.

THIS is exactly the Helix that Zippy purchased, I am 99% sure.
What a joke here and such a cheap move. He knows he can't eBay it because everyone would notice. I bet he thought it would not be seen by anyone here.
Thank you Joe for uncovering this. It is probably the most incorrect behavior connected to selling something I have ever seen.

Sin, if you are reading this: THIS HELIX IS NOT YOURS ANYMORE! Zippy bought it and he should get it after more than a year. :annoyed:
Put it in a steady box and ship it to him already!

Well as a new member, I can't believe what I'm reading here. I have been taken by an ebay member ( galina-oct ) but I didn't think that it would be happening here. The first thing you need to have to be considered a true boom box collector is respect and consideration for the other boom box collector. IMO!!
