May the 4th be With You Celebration

Need your help again....we will be celebrating "May the 4th be With You". Bringing food on 5/4 that is Star Wars themed.....tap into your inner geekdom and help a sista out!



The FD is determined that I should bring "It's a Wrap" Ackbar Wraps (using the copy cat PF Changs Chicken / Lettuce wrap recipe)

My friend Melanie will be making coconut cream cake, and I think we will call it "Wampa Cake".

My friend Carl always bring hummus but changes the name to fit the celebration (Ground up Groundhog Hummus when we brought food 2/2, Archemidis Hummus for Pi Day, etc). We can't think of what to do with this one.

Throw me some ideas guys!

Tusken Raider Salad with Boba Fetta Cheese (using Giada De Laurentis recipe for Tuscan Bean Salad)
Tie Fighter Bites (rice crispy balls with the little square pretzels on the side)
Edible Light Sabers (Large Pretzel rods dipped in tinted white chocolate)

Things are looking good...we now have Dagobah Dip, and Attack of the Clone Colas (these are the generic versions of Coke & Pepsi), didya get it ... Clones!

And my personal favorite.....chocolate-covered peanut butter truffles (with gold sparkles). These are obviously Chewbacca carrying pieces of C-3PO. Duh.
