Powers on
Deck fully operates
FM Radio even picks up reception (stereo light)
Issue:
Zero music from any source.
Nothing appears to be burned.
Can anyone point me to a service manual?

I think the amps are inside the speakers on this model, so you might want to check in there

The PMS7000 is very similar to this, maybe you can try its manual?
The amps are not in the speakers on that one though, not sure about the 7810.

Strange the pms 7000 looks similar but inside their different enough. Mines the Japanese model without the amps inside the speakers

No, I can confirm that the PMS-7000 does indeed have powered speakers.
