M90 door trim

I am trying to get a M90 with missing door trim from another country.

I read in one post by Reno that the m90 door cover/trim can be removed. Does anyone do this for azimuth adjustment? I am wondering how a M90 can lose the trim when it looks firmly attached; although it is definitely not glued. Is it as easy as cassette decks to remove?

I'll also need to come up with a replacement but I guess it'll be just clear plastic that will need to be painted.

Yes, attached - it is the clear plastic that seems to be part of the door but can actually get detached so you can access the azimuth adjustment.
