M90 bushing ?

Does anyone know where this bushing belongs?
It was rattling around in the cassette player when I removed it.
It's approximately 5/16" diameter and 3/16" thick

Of course I missed taking a pic of the heads before removal.
I can see the outline of it in filth on this pic.
