M70 pics and strange brown disconnected wire??...need help!!

Just received my epay M70 and it arrived unscathed. Everything works on this bbox!! Its very dusty and smells like a 100 year old attic but after a clean up it should be great. 2 questions though: there is some minor static when moving the function selection switch and when I took the back off there is a strange brown wire disconnected. I took pics of the wire and where I think it goes. Could someone please help with these 2 items...calling all M70 gurus...

....after seeing this inside and out it was definitely worth $100!!

It may be helpful when you post pictures to include a character return (new line) between pictures. Otherwise, it's extremely hard to read. Do you see what I mean?

The top tab should go to a black wire at the rear cabinet shield.

The brown wire should go to the bottom tab (if the wire goes to the bottom left side of tuner).
