I have an almost working cassette deck on my 3-5259A but after a few hours of investigating the deck its self an look through online forms I have figured out the I am experiencing a common issue as others have had where the spring in the reader head bracket has broken the plastic.
I have seen that @caution has made a working 3D model but since Shapeways died I can not get it from there and I have sent a message to AnalogAlley so I am waiting for a response from them.
But @caution if you see this and still have the 3D model would you be able and willing to share it with.

They crack on all of them. I doubt there is any of them with their original head assemblies (not repaired or rigged) still working.
