No, Trust me, I may not be on 24/7 but I know how it feels when you pay for something and wait, which is why I have been thinking about your box and feeling that guilt of still having it. I usually throw stuff in and I will try to on yours too
I have been scrounging around for packing materials, I just sent most of them to skippy and bendawg

Too sad about the missing silver bars over the scale and tapedoors.
This is a weak point at the 555.
I got one in very mint condition.
A few weeks ago in the big summerheat, suddenly they fell off.
They must have used a worse glue!

I guess I'm only going by the opinion of others as I don't and probably won't ever own one.

I like the 525 better for looks, apart from the speakers not appearing to 'line up' with the circles on the grilles

Ok, it´s also not my favourite in sound.
But for this price a fair deal and a nice box.
The bigger problem will be the not working right speaker.
Hope the amp is not burned...

The cleaning will take time, but is able.
Maybe you will also find the missing parts.
