Thank you Chris! Actually GF9696F is one of the best sounding boomboxes ever made. The only down side is that it got no line in connection but still we can play using the microphone input jack.

I love snow..... Most of my friends give me the "look" when I say that.

Seasonal changes like this makes one feel so happy and relaxed.
It is the perfect time to enjoy the beautiful scenery and take pictures.
I admit the fact that driving is no fun, but thank God we all got 4 wheel drive vehicles which helps a lot.
We can wear different clothes based on this climatic changes unlike people in war places. They are stuck with one style!


To me is the best season of the year..... love it!

Yeh well I hate it because every year when it gets bad I unfortunately can walk to work when all the out of towners are safely tucked up at home saying they can't get in claiming a snow day and getting paid to toast marshmallows and sip hot chocolate in front of an open fire, whilst playing board games and laughing and joking with their family...at least thats what I imagine they do when I'm at work all alone! :annoyed:

If I don't have to go anywhere and you've got deep crisp white snow and blue skies then of course I love that

Line in used to be the "Must Have" for me till I bought this little FM transmitter. As long as it's not a JDM that only goes to 90MHz this works fine.

Hi Jeff,

I didn't try anything like that except directly connecting to the top microhone jack. When I do that the sound was not the best.
Is almost the same weather here in Chicago. No matter it is cold or not now I have to walk my 8 month German Shepherd puppy in the morning for almost 1.5 miles around 5:30AM. This is his first winter. Duke really enjoyed the snow.

Phono attenuator for a phono only box is a great solution...I have ones made by MCM and they work really well, much better than the mono mic socket

I also love snow.... keeps my mind so young... Now I have walk my German Shepherd puppy in the snow....he enjoys it...it is his first snow...
I need to be extra careful not to slip and fall and hurt my 55
