Latest addition, Crown 950!

Hey guys just got home from picking up my latest boomer from the post office, a beautiful Crown 950 courtesy of Tony (stormsven), thanks alot man!
it arrived in a masssiveee box almost twice the size of the Crown itself wrapped in its own weight of bubble wrap etc so i was glad to see it safely made it from bulgaria .
This thing is even more amazing looking in person, everything works perfectly and the condition its in is near perfect.
heres a couple pics of it, now i just need to get more Crowns! ive got an 850 on its way, so im dying to hear that, and hopefully i can track down a 970!

I too just got my hands on the same radio but have yet to play with it. Do you have a radio to compare this to? The guy I got it from says it sounds like an m70 but I don't have one because I don't really like boomers with sliders. Yours looks great. I gotta clean mine to make it presentable. Congrats on it.

Thanks for the comments guys! yeh i thought i might aswell get it out in the sunshine looks awesome with all the flashy chrome bits its made to be out in the sun .
i haven't got many other boomers to compare it to but i put it alongside my TRC-920 and they are the same size and i would assume have the same size woofers im gonna have a play with both of them tommorow. i think the Crown 850 is more in the same league as an M70. the Lasonic gets nice and loud im yet to get the 950 pumping yet .

Wow nice. Always relief when the boomer arrive in one piece. This one was my better 950 ( use to have 2 a while ago ).
So happy that you are happy dude And thats was quite fast - i sent her on 10th and you already have her. for our posts. I wish the parcels to the States to arrive in such manner.
