Does anyone know if this would be a good replacement for the volume pot on a 931 from the 90s (the round corner style)? I believe that it would but am not 100% certain.

Sure looks close. But i wouldn't be sure about the length of the D shaft. Here are some pics of a pot from my 3rd edition. Can't go wrong with price.

Yea, looks pretty darn close, definitely worth a shot. Post up how it goes. It's definitely be useful to know. Looks like a good possible fix.

I got the pot today and it seems it is much smaller than the original as the pins are closer together as well as the outer securing tabs. So I hooked it up with wires to see what would happen. It works but the volume is very low, which I would think would be that the pot is the wrong value. From what I understand it should be 50k which is what I bought so I am stumped.

Could be pins don't match to proper traces. And it is suppose to be the 50k

That could very well be the problem

that volume pot looks just like the one in the panny rx 5050 .
