Lasonic i931 BT left channel problem

I bought a Lasonic i931 BT. The left channel has no function and the seller has connected both speakers to the right channel. It can't stay that way because I want stereo.
What can I check to find the left channel problem?
I would be grateful for any tip.

That's a good point! I just tested this and both channels work on the headphones.

Sounds like the left speaker is blown, you can swap the connections to check.

The seller had already connected the left speaker to the right channel. Both speakers work on the right channel. So it cannot be due to the loudspeaker itself.

I have an i931 which had 2 (!) broken conducting paths on two different PCBs. It took a while until I found the faulty spots with a multimeter because there was no damage visible. But these boxes are so simple that even I found the errors. Try to work your way from the headphone jack to the speaker cable.

I was shocked how cheap these boxes are made btw. But it is pretty loud and even if it rattles like a bag of broken plastic when turned up I am very happy with it.
