If we ever get the 'Boomboxery Boombox' off the ground, we'll definitely invite Trommelmops to make the switch gear tips and knobs!
Awesome work!

Awesome work!

The thickness is 3/10mm more....So we have 3.3mm. Its better cause you have more material which is in intervention.
so the rack is more reliable and the force on each tooth is less......so the lifetime could be a little longer......
The known problem is that a printer doesn't use Delrin as material, only ABS and PLA and i heard from Nylon called Polyamid. Not yet seen.redbenjoe said:spectacular design and workmanship -
does this tremendous accomplishment also mean that you can make about ANYTHING
( within the size limits of your mill , etc ?
if 3D printers used delrin - could that same part have been made ?

i got from 0.4mm up to 60mm many materials and diameters unpossible to count.....a small cylinder is absolute theHi Dave, so hurry up and the Trommelmops will help you instantlydocs said:No probs in sending back, just give me the nod.
