I have not heard any stories. I am certain that we have had members drop boomboxes on toes or feet and hurt themselves... but killed by a boombox?

i dont know of a case where a boombox is directly responsible for a death. however, boomboxes themselves were not designed to prevent life threatening injury... as demostrated in death wish II

I hate to be a party pooper but what exactly is the purpose and value of this discussion? I think death by boombox is no more prevalent than death by pencil sharpener, death by coffee cup, death by christmas tree. In fact, death by banana peel is probably a more credible and worth discussion.

I can think of two movies that boomboxes killed/ hurt somebody:
Don't go to Sleep- This had some possesed girl in it, she pushed her Dad's boombox into the bathtub while he was in it.
Bad Boys- I remember a scene in the prision where someoby rigged up a guys radio to blow up on him.
