I bought the statue from Hobbyfan over 2 years ago but hadn't actually laid eyes on it until yesterday when I finally pulled it out the box... Needless to say, it's dope! :cool:

Back in the day when companies made figures & whatnot, they only bore a passing resemblance to the actual person. Technology is on a whole 'nother level nowadays - mind blowing stuff!

Yeah, I've never owned a "restored" box...I might "modify" a box but that's about it.

There is no doubt technology has made these figurines exact replica's. It's really amazing. Makes me interested in some.

One thing I have to say about your radio's that I have liked since day one of collecting is you seem to find the very BEST examples of a particular model. When I first started looking for radios a hand full of years ago the very best photos on the internet were yours and now some of the very best radios on this site are yours. Not restored, just top notch survivors. I don't have the money or the patients while looking....when I see it, I want it and if need be, I'll fix it. But then again, my collection reflects that :-/
