Been looking for an app or program that would help me keep track of the boomboxs in my collection. And have had absolutely no luck.

It would be great to be able to take pictures of the boxes categorize them by make model or whatever. The only apps I have seen are for music collections, video games or DVDs.

Just curious how other folks keep track of these creatures?

What I do with mine, is walk in my bedroom, look to see that my 3 Aiwa's are still there than turn around and walk out.

But seriously, just create a spreadsheet using excel or similar and maybe a folder containing individual folders for each brand for pics

A lil off subject, but I was thinking about putting post-it notes on each box listing what all repairs and/ or parts were needed to make them complete, functioning 100%..
That way it would give me a little motivation to work on them so I didn't have post-it notes hanging everywhere, just clean/ working Blasters!

I have all of the boxes I've purchased, traded and sold in my notes on both my IPhone and IPad. No pics but brands, model numbers and whether I bought, sold or traded with prices including shipping and trade to/from. I also add any money spent for repairs/belts etc..It's especially easy when I'd trade/sell so I know what I have into it..
