JVC RC-M50JW - Motor pulley replacement ?

Hi,

Anyone know of an aftermarket pulley for the cassette motor that will work on my JVC RC-M50JW ?

I barely touched it and the thin plastic sides cracked off and it disintegrated, I couldn't believe it, like a potato chip, lol

The center is fine but it has that barrel shape, but without the sides, the belt just rolls off.

Maybe you could find some thin plastic washers or something similar and glue them on each side in place of what cracked off.

There's an idea, it was almost paper thin, I couldn't believe how thin, basically I just handled it and it crumbled like crazy, super brittle. Thanks
