JVC RC 550 Belt size

I am trying to replace belts on my JVC RC 550 and like to know the belt sizes and the best place to order them.

Took it all apart and measured the belt that was kind of in good shape.
It is 10.4", so 10.0" should do the job.
The whole clutch mechanism fell in the box and luckily got all the components and put them together.
It was a spring loaded contact wheel.
No exploded view pic for the clutch in the schematics. I was left to use my good judgement. There is a teflon washer in the clutch and I am a bit confused on where it goes.

Use SBO7.0 for the counter and FBS9.9 or FBS10.2 for the main belt! Thanks to caution (Eric). I went with FBS10.2.
