Just won a Panasonic RX-5280!

Everyone remember how badly I wanted a Panasonic RX-5280 about a year ago? Well, I just won one on eBay for $86.00 even + free shipping! Will post pics when I get it.

How does this box compare to the RX-5110 I have? From the looks of it, it seems like it's a better looking 5110 with the TPS feature and seperate treble and bass controls (plus a few other features as well). If it is like the 5110, I know I'm going to love it!

Same size! But the design is better and very nice radio reception and all. I love it!

So I got caught up in the gist of me making the state's biggest newspaper that I neglected to post about my Panasonic RX-5280 that arrived in the mail yesterday. As most of you probably know, I have wanted this box for a long time, and I finally scored it on eBay for $86 + free shipping. I love it! All is good so far; only defects I can find are:

- A small, barely noticible ding on the bottom in the left speaker grille
- The left volume slider is crooked
- I need to take it apart and spray all knobs, plus screw it in better apparently (looks a little "open" on the right side)
- Some scratches typical with age. No biggie here.

In that size here is the KING!!!! rare.....very rare....RX5230! this one sounds AMAZING!!!
