If you're posting directly from your phone, then it's even easier than using tags as most browsers give the option to copy flickR images directly into other web pages - fora such as boomboxery being among these.
Using flickR on a PC simply involves opening your uploaded image, selecting the size you want to post and then using those img tags or you could add the pictures as attachments directly from the phone's storage card to the forum which many people prefer to embedding images as attaching a file makes a copy of that file to the forum page which means that it stays there, unlike embedded images from flickR or other hosting sites which tend to vanish in time as people reorganise their photo collections.

Attaching directly from the location of the stored image is even quicker to do on Android devices than embedding via 3rd party hosting sites, just write the post then click on "More reply options" under the text panel, this will give the attaching option and will show the phone's file system just as it does with a conventional computer.
It also helps to set your phone's web browser to web view rather than mobile view, this makes the whole process less fussy and the full size Samsung handsets are more than fast enough to run real web pages.
