is it possible to retrieve Photos and data from I-phone hard drive?

Totally smashed my I-phone4 yesterday,is there anyway to retrieve photos and data from just the hard drive?.I think the hard drive is ok,phone is in pieces
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you were backing up with Icloud you can retrieve it all.

If you didn't you'll have to go to a genius store and let Apple do it for you.

If it still powers up, just connect a USB cable and see if you can get to the pictures. Otherwise, yeah, an Apple store will be your best bet.

Sorry to hear this Jeff.....
If you can get it to power up and sync with Iphoto "if your using Mac" and retrieve you photos that way.
If your using a windows computer,then I'm not sure.
I know there are freeware photo and music programs available on the web you might be able to use to retrieve photos.

Like Freddy and Bobby suggested I would go to an Apple store. They have all kinds of gadgets. You will be fine!

Thanks guys,no it can't power up as it is in pieces.
I did back it up a few months ago but I have cool photos and such I still want yo retrieve.
Getting another iphone soon but really hooe Apple guys can retrieve whats in my hard drive.
Hooe they don't charge me a fortune.
I just have been under insurmountable stress lately and unfortunately I took it out on my phone!
