This actually answered a question for me...I'd seen my status had changed to 'Yung Fu' but didn't have a clue what it meant...I assumed it was Chinese for clueless tw@t but now I know otherwise

Is this the same "Lucky" that merged with Goldstar to form Lucky Goldstar or LG as we now know them?

From what I see, LG was formed from two Korean companies, Lucky and Goldstar. Are they tied in some way to the Taiwanese corporation - Yung Fu?

Lucky was tied to it at one time but not anymore. Also the new I931 speakers are not stamped with Lucky anymore as they were on all the older Lasonic models. <br /><br /><br />
