Thanks, that is actually my favorite box in the collection! Also, my first..

Fun Fact: I bought that Sharp GF-9000 10 years ago on epay from the original owner..I didn't even have it a week before I took it apart to paint it Candy Apple Red over gold base.. Did the handle and power outlet trim in white to coordinate with the color scheme of my 1984 Cadillac Coupe DeVille..
It wasnt until years later when I joined this site that I see someone from Germany painted their 9000 red with a white handle too!

Looking Good Hardmen!
Sweet little mini with the gold Teac tape. I know from experience that both of those tapes really do the 767 justice.

All of mine except for the Wheely which belongs to bk_sound aka Jimmy. I also have some small and mid sized radios as well.

Me too, must hunt me down a Blockbuster some day.
You've got to they sound really good. When I bought this one at a local vintage shop the lady thought I was crazy because it didn't work. I was fall down excited. Ended up getting it working from help with parts from justcruisin. Its fully functional now if you can figure out which button is which. Also, I added some different caps for the tweeter cross-overs and it made the box really come to life..

I have that Loudness album!
Killer classic album. tracks "heavy chains", " We could be together", and "Run for your life" are my favorites. "crazy night" is 5 star too but because its the only one thats played on the radio I rarely play it on itunes.

I can barely, just sort of play parts of some of their stuff on guitar... also love the 'lightning strikes' and 'Hurricane Eyes' albums. Still looking for the older albums.

The 'RockShocks CD is awesome because they play a mix of older songs but its a new album so it has deeper guitars and heavy drums, modern recording equipment etc. Crazy night kills on that album and the song 'loudness makes me want to head butt the wall repeatedly.

Just had to get me talking about loudness again didn't you :chris920:

I bet that Supersonic sounds incredible..?!
It would if the right speaker wasn't blown. The magnet broke off from the back of the speaker during shipping I suppose, never seen that before!

On the plus side, it's a 3-Piece. Had it been a One-Piece, that magnet would have wreaked havoc during shipping. Are the baskets made of plastic or something? I've never seen that either. :hmmm:
