Yep Not Major but tues i was sitting in My Dr's Office for my routine follow up appt, got severe chest pains That 3 Nitro's couldn't alleviate. My Dr immediatly called an ambulance and did an EKG." Said I can't believe it but yes u are Having a Heart attack".
:-O We all were pretty shocked,Luckily it wasn't to bad,i had to have another angioplasty, and it looks like no major permant damage unlike before. Thiswas pretty mild,and believe it or not i'm home just 2 nites in the hospital. Glad to be back! :-P :-D

My Dr kept calm,Kept his Nurse calm,and Most importantly kept ME calm.
I was ready to do a major freak out but he was very re assuring and kept telling me i'm gonna be ok.
His office was just 3 blocks from the hospital so the ambulance got me there in 2 minutes,and i was whisked right into the cath lab. These Cardiologists are just really amazing with what they do. I think they prevented some permanent major damage by getting me to the hospital and treating me so fast. I actually was up in a room and eating a snack only 6 hrs @ this whole mess started,and feel ok,just a little tired :blush: ;-)

No permanent damage,thank God ! It sounds like BOTH you and your doctor are on top of things to make this a priority. Your lucky to have such a symbiosis with your doctor. Keep on top of things and you'll be around for a long time to come ! :thumbsup:

Thks Guys! :-) :agree: Skip,i def think it's getting old.I have had now multiple stents,multiple angioplastys,open heart surgary triple bypass,and 2 heart attacks one major one minor! :blush: :annoyed: :-O All in the last 6 months.
I'm just really worn out. :-/ Funny thing my roomie in the hospital this past week was only a few yrs older then me,and had even more procedures as well; as multiple heart attacks.This time he had a pacemaker put in.Funny thing is this nut STILL SMOKES!!! :annoyed: It's amazing after all the suffering still he can't/won't quit. I'm not preechin' but honestly i have not had a ciggarette since Jan ,it's been hard but i swore for myself and my kids i wanna live,and if i continued to smoke i don't think i'd be around too much longer. ;-) So Far so good,Hopefully this IS finally the end of the health issues for me. :-)
