Fantastic interview Rick. You really are the 80s guru. Well I remember the 80s, like I was there man and it was a great time to be young and carefree. I too remember hanging around many retain stores that no longer exist. I remember in 1985 as a 15 year old, working for Coles pushing trollies Thursday night and Saturday morning making a grand total of $27.00! My entire paypacket went on LPs and tapes (minus a MacDonalds cheeseburger). As a genuine 80s participant, I have many fond memories of how great things were back then but it's interesting what you say about the current crop of late teens - early twenties folk look so fondly from a far upon the fantastic era that they have completely missed by a decade or two!

Thumbs up from me for reliving, enthusing and inspiring others young and old for all things 80s.

Great interview Rick, I didn't realise how much other 80's stuff you were into. Also I love your living room, it locks like it has had a total refurb since you last posted pics or is just your photography skill
