I Am Legend
the pioneer is so very great -
for a collector to not have one --is like torture -
or at lease a severe punishment

Well, what thou does not knoweth, thou will not wanteth.

In other words, for those that don't know what they are missing, so there is neither torture, nor severe punishment. Like as if Adam and Eve were never told they were naked, they would be spending all their time procreating instead of looking for appropriately sized fig leafs.

This is a great box for modern dance and house music. Lots of highs and not to much bass. Fixing the cassette isn't really difficult. But a lot of work. The deck itself isnt really complicated compared to some others. Get the back and top of by releasing a lot of screws. Next you remove two boards and you can get the tape deck out. I also removed the front, but that seems not to be necessary in the end.

Adjusting tape speed is a pain, because the two boards are in front of the speed adjuster on the motor. Let it run and autorewind for a night before you do the final adjustment. In the front of the deck there is a nylon gear that tends to break because it's tight fit on its metal shaft. And because it breaks the tight fit is lost. Check it before you close the box..;)
