you know i came across one of these in a thrift recently but i passed on it. it was dead mint too i mean looked unused.
just not for me i dont know it sounded okay but i did not think it was overly impressive.
maybe the bass unit wasnt functioning properly.
Sorry to hear...
My client picked this up at a Goodwill for little $.... I am no expert on sound & no it doesn't sound like a set of 18's on 3000 watts but for a boombox the bass reponse is better than most!

Well after the wife & I talked we agreed that me starting another hobby collecting anything is probably a bad idea as we live in a HUGE 400 square foot cabin with a 9 month old baby girl & space is as valuable as gold! :-/ :'-( :nonono:

SO I will be selling everything we have instead of starting something new... I will still be visiting this site tho as I can't seem to get enough of looking at everyones killer collections!

I will post the stuff for sale in the Boomboxery For Sale section in case anyone is interested! :hmmm:

This sucker jam! Just got one off ebay that I bought in a drunken stupor because I wanted an 80's look boomer with a CD. Very impressed by the quality of this box, both build and sound. The DBSS system works very well!
