This kitten just wandered by about a month ago , she is about 3 months old now and is the smartest and most trusting cat I've ever had and she was in the middle of nowhere and somehow wandered here. I named her Mrs kitty .

No pets at the moment but the squirrels and crows like paying me a visit when I go outside. Almost every morning they're waiting for my walk to work. I like to think I have special whisperer powers but the pocket full of peanuts may play a small role.

We have 2 dogs here.
The small one Nazli, is 100% blind. (her eyes have no connection to her brain)
(See the before and after pics of her.)

And Rocket is a big black German Shepherd.

Both are rescue dogs and very good friends.

We have Nazli because I had her brought in from Turkey (no one wanted her)
And I picked up Rocket from Vancouver island where he was a trained security dog for farm animals.....until he ate a sheep.

This is my wild kitten I caught a few months ago.
But I also live on a farm, so could say im partly in-charge of 7000+ pets. 😁
I found this fledgling kereru (wood pigeon, https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_Zealand_pigeon ) a few weeks ago. Couldn't fly, gave it to my mum to look after till it's ready to fly. Heavily protected, kind of rare. Definitely never been this close to 1.

This is our Kingston, also a rescue. I rescued him from a center in Alberta. We didn't have him long though.
Just enough time for him to see that he finally was part of a real family pack. He died just over years later of stomach cancer.
A part of me died with him that day.

This is my cat, Pebblez. 😂
Best pet in the world. I have many pictures of her laying on my boxes, because as much as I love all them, she wins out on it 😂.

That is an excellent photo Nick. Really captures the love you had for your cat and the love they had for one another.

Just goes to show you don't have to be the same species to love one another

My corgis. They aren't allowed near any radios. The girl thinks anything softer than a rock is a chewtoy and the boy thinks anything and everything looks a lot like a mini hydrant.

They both look very happy and healthy. He's got his eye on the chew toy and she's watching the camera man :-)
